Payment & Prices
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment - the deposit will be taken off the total cost of the procedure. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling - failure to provide this notice will result in you losing your deposit, and the remainder of the appointment cost must be paid in full. If you miss an appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Clients who have purchased a course of procedures, but fail to attend their appointment(s), will not be entitled to a refund for their missed procedures. I will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time and will try to keep you informed of any delays. Should I have to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, I will make every effort to contact you in advance. Prior to your appointment I will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
The prices at this clinic may differ from those charged at other clinics. Please check what you will receive as part of the service, the standard of products being used and the cleaning/sterilisation procedures of the clinic(s) you are thinking of visiting, so you have a clear idea of what you are paying for. My equipment is thoroughly cleaned and is serviced. My reusable implements are cleaned, then sterilised in an autoclave. As part of the sterilisation process, the implements are stored in sealed pouches so they remain sterile, and they are only opened when a treatment is about to begin. I use high quality Sterex equipment and products. As part of your first treatment, a complimentary product such as Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera will be provided. Sterex products are also available for you to purchase for the ongoing care of your skin.
I reserve the right to change treatments and prices without prior notice.
