They also occur on the face and limbs.

Milia are tiny, white, raised blemished, usually seen on the face. They lie under the skin, very close to the surface. A milium cyst is a small, benign plug or cyst and is often found in groups, therefore, usually referred to as the plural 'milia'. They are pearly white, round (sometimes hard) keratinised lumps which become trapped beneath the epidermis (skin). They arise from undeveloped sebaceous glands or sweat glands. They are most typically associated with dry skin and are most often found on the face, appearing on cheekbones or close to the orbital region. Milia can also appear after the skin is injured. They can appear as an adverse reaction to the effect of topical medications such as steroids.
Removal of Facial Thread Veins

up to 60 mins £150
Facial thread veins present as a permanent dilation of capillaries which are visible under the epidermis (skin). They are usually found on more exposed areas of the skin like the nose, cheeks and chin. Capillaries lose their elasticity as part of the ageing process and become permanently dilated. (They become larger/wider.) This results in the creation of little blood lines which are usually red, but become darker in colour as they become wider and deeper.
Electrolysis can be used to treat red veins. Darker (purple/blue) veins indicate that damaged capillaries lie deeper beneath the dermis (skin). They cannot be treated by electrolysis.
Removal of Spider Naevi

Spider naevi, like facial thread veins, are mainly caused as a direct result of an externally-caused trauma to the skin such as a knock with a sharp object, from a sports/exercise injury, or from a spot having been picked. They have a central dilated blood vessel with smaller, dilated vessels branching from it that look like the legs of a spider.
Electrolysis can be used to treat red veins. Darker (purple/blue) veins indicate that damaged capillaries lie deeper beneath the dermis (skin). They cannot be treated by electrolysis.
